The Falcon from Asolo‘s A-Fast line is a real lightweight. The sole with Megagrip rubber compound, developed in cooperation with Vibram, ensures optimal grip even in wet terrain. This style, with its two-component EVA cushioning and Gore Tex, is therefore suitable for any weather. The laminated polyester, suede and Schöller Soft Shell upper make this model light, robust and comfortable. The TPU cap in the toe area also provides appropriate protection.The shoe is made in a lasted/cemented (“gezwickten”) construction. Means it has a long-term stability and can be resoled. The last (special Womens last) is sculptured in a very natural way and follows completely the morphology of the feet. The last builds up the heel area in a perfect way, has a good shape in the arch area and a good support in the midfoot area. The toe box offers enough space for the toes. The double density EVA Mid sole with the PU shock absorber offers great cushioning.The shoe is made in a mid cut height with a soft Schoeller Material in the ankle area. Due to the good support in the midfoot area the Falcon offers, for a mid cut shoe, a great stability. The collar has a V cut in the area of the Achilles to avoid pressure here. Also, the heel cap is cut in a way that you have no pressure in the heel/Achilles area.The insole is made out of 4 materials and offers a good moisture transport, support and cushioning. The TPU reinforcements on the Upper are a snappy design but also gives the upper a good stability.

Soft bordure, no pressure on ankles or Achilles due to the mid cut design / V – collar. The lasting board is made of two materials which gives stability in the back and good rolling characteristic in the forefoot.

We mainly produce our products in the EU (Romania and Italy) 80% of our raw materials we get from the region where the company is located. All our products can be resoled. Just moved to a new factory in Romania with the highest production standards Resoleable. Local sourced raw materials. Despite the glue for the outsole all other glue is on a water-soluble basis.

Yes, a private one. My wife is very special with Mountain Boots. She loves to go with low cut shoes as with high cut she feels not to be flexible and narrowed. So, I “forced” here to test the shoe. As a security I have taken her low cuts in my backpack. After ten minutes I asked her how the shoe performs. She was still skeptical. After 15 Minutes it became better and after 30 Minutes, she asked me if she can keep the shoe now forever. Now she is more than convinced.
